Known as “The pH RDH,” she specializes in pH balance, hormones, bone health, and the oral-systemic connection. Kristin delivers engaging, evidence-based trainings that bridge science and real-world application. Her dynamic style and deep knowledge empower dental professionals to elevate outcomes, embrace prevention, and understand their vital role in improving whole-body health through personalized, integrative care.

Headshot of Ellen GuritzkyEllen R. Guritzky, MSJ, RDH, FADHA, Ellen R. Guritzky, MSJ, RDH, has more than of 35-year experience within the Dental industry. Her experience includes, but not limited to, clinical practice, professional/academic education, national and international speaking/publishing efforts, marketing, and sales management. She recently retired from clinical hygiene private practice within the sub-specialty of pediatric dentistry. For over 10 years, she had been a professor teaching both didactic and clinical education at University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ (now known as Rutgers School of Dental Medicine) and worked in marketing in various companies, such as GlaxoSmithKline and Johnson & Johnson, on a variety of product lines for over 25 years. In addition, she educated sales teams on selling the products and techniques for reaching professionals. Ellen worked for Crosstex International as the Northeast Regional Sales Manager and managed an $8.4 MM territory with year-on-year growth successes. Now, Ellen is a Country Medical Affairs Senior Scientist – Oral Care –at GlaxoSmithKline, that is soon to be HALEON. As a member of the Medical Affairs team, she leads the efforts of explaining to consumers and healthcare professionals the real-world applications of the products through the dissemination of unbiased clinical and scientific information. She has the ability to incorporate her dental knowledge, and vast corporate experience along with her legal education, in this role. Ellen has a huge passion for sports – football (NY Giants) and hockey (NJ Devils). Along with that she enjoys reading, cooking, boating, tennis, fun in NYC or basking on any beach.

Tyler Huntley is a dedicated financial professional committed to empowering dental hygienists and recent graduates through comprehensive financial education. A graduate of the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Business, Tyler earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Risk Management Insurance. Inspired by the love of his life, Jessica, a current dental hygiene student, Tyler is bridging the gap between clinical excellence and financial stability. By combining his expertise is risk management and with a firsthand understanding of the hurdles facing future hygienists, he empowers ADHA members to navigate student debt, insurance, and long-term asset building. He is passionate about ensuring those who care for others have the tools to care for their own financial futures.

Headshot of Caitlin ParsonsCaitlin Parsons, RDH, C-IAYT, CEAS is an ergonomics expert, yoga therapist, and nationally recognized speaker specializing in clinician health, performance, and career longevity. With a background in clinical dentistry and advanced training in movement and rehabilitation, Caitlin brings a unique, evidence-informed approach to one of the profession’s most pressing challenges: the physical strain and burnout impacting today’s dental teams.

Through continuing education, live experiences, and strategic industry partnerships, she helps dental professionals and organizations improve efficiency, reduce injury risk, and build more sustainable, high-performing careers. Her work bridges the gap between clinical practice and long-term well-being—supporting not only how clinicians perform, but how long they thrive in the profession.

As Director of Education and Engagement at NAMI Chicago, she leads efforts to expand access to culturally responsive mental health education and build meaningful community partnerships. Dr. Smith’s work spans higher education teaching, school-based mental health programming, public health, and applied research, all grounded in a deep commitment to equity, access, and collective healing.

She holds a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration from LECOM and has dedicated much of her research to understanding why dental hygienists leave the clinical profession and what it takes to keep them thriving in it. Her published work on job satisfaction and intent to leave the clinical workforce makes her uniquely qualified to lead this conversation about career transitions and professional identity. Wilkinson, PT, DPT, DHSc, CHT, CLT is a licensed physical therapist and Associate Professor in the School of Physical Therapy & Athletic Training at Pacific University in Portland, OR, where he teaches physiology and pharmacology. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2006 and his Doctor of Healthcare Science in 2024.

A Certified Hand Therapist since 2014, Dr. Wilkinson has built his clinical practice around upper extremity conditions and maintains a scholarly focus on optimizing work-related ergonomics for dental professionals. He is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the American Society of Hand Therapists and the American Dental Education Association.
