Share My Expertise: I will use my unique position as someone who knows both what it takes to succeed in this profession and my patients’ potential to create authentic recruitment opportunities.

Champion Diversity:  I commit to actively supporting efforts to create a workforce that better reflects the communities we serve.

Improve Access to Care: I will advocate for and participate in initiatives that bring quality dental care to underserved communities.

Address Workforce Needs: I recognize the shortage facing our profession and will work to strengthen our ranks through mentorship and recruitment.

Are you interested in learning more about becoming an Ambassador if an opportunity arises in your state?
Ambassadors in selected states receive an annual stipend, training and support, and commit to 8-10 hours a month in community outreach.
