You showed up with great questions and our ADHA Champions — dental hygiene students and new professionals making their mark in the field — brought the real talk. Three live sessions on Instagram kept the conversation going all day long on school, boards and building your career.

Heartland Dental took over ADHA’s Instagram with insider perspectives on starting and growing your RDH career. You watched the recruiter videos throughout the day and showed up live at 6pm CT for a career coaching session packed with advice you can actually use.

Friday was the final round — and you made your move. Chapters locked in their last scavenger hunt submissions, entered the Heartland Dental giveaway and took on the My DH Life Bonus Quiz for up to 10 extra points.
