When you give something 100, you give it your all. Your dedication to dental hygiene, fellow hygienists and patients will give you so much back in return.
How to win:
- Create a video or post that demonstrates your 100 – what keeps it real for you in dental hygiene!
- Share it on social and tag @youradha
- ADHA will collect submissions all week long and repost. The first 100 students to participate will get a $5 Amazon gift card and three extra lucky participants will get $100 Amazon gift card!
TUESDAY:
Get Smart with the ADHA President
Get even smarter with ADHA President Dawn Dean, RDH, MSDH! She’ll be posting NBDHE board prep questions all day long. Can you get 100% right? From polls, to multiple choice you’ll have fun while prepping for your boards.
President Dean will give away three super-cool Dental Hygiene Nation Goodie Box One-Year Subscriptions! These trendy swag boxes are always full of toothy surprises and items to set you up for success in the operatory each and every day!
Winners will be chosen at random from students who participate in the day’s questions.

My 100 Student Proud Playlist
What song helps you start your school day giving 100%?
Comment on the Instagram post on Wednesday with your favorite tunes to help create this year’s Student Proud Playlist. If your song makes the top 20, we’ll send you a $10 Starbucks credit AND the day’s favorite song (most likes and engagements) will win one student a pair of Enduro 100 headphones!

Heartland Gives 100
Heartland Dental — the largest employer of dental hygienists in the U.S. — will take over ADHA Instagram on Thursday. Tune in for job seeker tips and learn how Heartland’s unique work environment can be with you 100 as you enter your career.
Tune into a LIVE Instagram broadcast and Q+A at 6 PM CT on April 20! Get info on working for a Dental Support Organization, long-term growth opportunities, and how you can thrive in a culture that recognizes hygienists as clinical providers and integral members of the care team.
