ADHA offers two separate text messaging programs. Please review the terms below for the program that applies to you.

1. Membership Dues and Event Reminders (Text Manager)

If you provide ADHA with your mobile telephone number, you may receive text messages from ADHA related to membership dues reminders, event and conference registration reminders, and other account-related notifications.

  • Message Frequency: Varies depending on your membership and event activity. You may receive recurring messages.
  • Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of membership or purchase.
  • Two-Way Messaging: This texting program does not support two-way replies.
  • Opt-Out: To opt out of text messages at any time, contact us at [email protected] or (312) 440-8900, and we will remove you from text messaging lists.

2. Member Inquiries (One-to-One Texting)

ADHA also offers a phone number members and the public may text directly with questions for our Membership team.

  • Program Description: If you text this number, a member of ADHA staff may reply to your message. We do not add your number to a messaging list, and you will not receive messages from ADHA through this number unless you have texted us first.
  • Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to end a text conversation with ADHA.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at [email protected] or (312) 440-8900.
