Executive Committee

Committee of the Board

Purpose:
The Executive Committee serves as the leadership body of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association, providing strategic guidance and operational oversight between Board of Directors meetings.

Charge:
The Executive Committee provides guidance to the CEO, makes decisions on behalf of the Association between Board meetings, conducts the CEO’s performance evaluation and contract discussions, oversees organizational infrastructure, facilitates strategic planning, and identifies leadership training opportunities for the Board.
