Board Governance Manual Committee
Committee of the Board
Purpose:
The Board Governance Manual Committee is responsible for maintaining and updating the Board Governance Manual and ensuring alignment and consistency across all ADHA governing documents.
Charge:
The Board Governance Manual Committee reviews and revises the Board Governance Manual to reflect current governance practices and policies, and ensures consistency is maintained between standard operating procedures, ADHA Standing Rules, ADHA Policy, and ADHA Bylaws.
