Amanda Knutt, MSDH, RDH, CST, FADHA

Amanda Knutt is a passionate healthcare professional whose unique background as both a Registered Dental Hygienist and Certified Surgical Technologist places her at the forefront of medical and dental integration. A proud South Carolina native, military wife of nearly 15 years and devoted mother of two, Amanda brings a well-rounded and service-driven perspective to every role she embraces.

Amanda began her healthcare career in surgical technology, gaining foundational experience in surgical protocols and interdisciplinary care. In 2016, she earned her Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene and later advanced her education with a Master of Science in Dental Hygiene. She now works full-time as a clinical dental hygienist, where she is recognized for delivering comprehensive, person-centered care that bridges the gap between oral and systemic health.

Recognized for her leadership and vision, Amanda has served in various roles within the American Dental Hygienists’ Association, including President of the Kansas Dental Hygienists’ Association, as well as Delegate Chair, Delegate and HY-PAC Chair. As a Fellow of the ADHA, she advocates for innovation, collaboration and professional advancement across the spectrum of healthcare delivery.

With a strong belief that oral health is an essential part of overall wellness, Amanda is committed to championing medical-dental integration to improve health outcomes and elevate the role of dental hygienists in collaborative care models. Her career is a testament to service – through leadership, advocacy, clinical excellence and heartfelt connection to the military and professional communities she serves.
