Finance Committee

Committee of the Board

Purpose:
The Finance Committee provides financial oversight for ADHA, ensuring compliance, managing audits, reviewing budgets and dues, and guiding strategic financial planning for the association. It acts as a key advisory body to the Board of Directors on all fiscal matters.

Charge:
The Finance Committee reviews and approves financial reports, audits, and budgets, manages reserve funds and investments, coordinates audits ensuring GAAP compliance, evaluates membership dues adjustments, supports strategic financial planning, and provides regular updates to the Board of Directors.
