For Dental Hygienists & Allied Health Professionals
Hygienist Inspired, created by ADHA in partnership with the Foundations of Delta Dental, is a groundbreaking chairside recruitment initiative. It leverages the trusted relationships dental hygienists build with their patients to address workforce shortages, improve access to care and increase diversity in the profession.
The program is designed to empower dental hygienists to share their passion for the profession through chairside recruitment efforts. Dentists, dental team members, dental practices, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions can participate as ambassadors and allies.

Lots of ways! Our initial goal is to engage as many dental hygienists as possible, train Ambassadors in nine initial states which will soon become many more. We plan to monitor consumer inquiries and applications to dental hygiene school and track chairside conversations as they turn into fulfilling careers.
