How to Donate an Auction Item
All auction items should have a value of at least $100. A letter showing a tax-deductible donation will be issued after the auction.
To donate an auction item, please first mail, or e-mail a description of the item to Institute staff members.
General categories of auction items:
- Artwork
- Jewelry
- Vacations
- Regional gift packages (i.e. Hawaii, New England)
- Food or wine gift baskets
- Collectibles or memorabilia
- Dental hygiene-related gifts
Please Fill Out This Form and Submit it with Any Donated Auction Items
To use the form, click on the link to see the form. Go to "File" and select "Save As". Choose an easy to use location to save the document such as your desktop. Once the form is saved, you can begin filling in the fields. Remember to go to "File" and select "Save" before exiting the form or you will lose your changes.
Upon contacting the ADHA Institute regarding your donation, staff members will direct you on how to best package and ship your auction item.
The IOH Benefit/President's Reception is the main fundraising event for the organization. Your donation helps to provide funding for dental hygiene scholarships and research grants.
