Applicants must be entering their final year of study and currently attending a dental hygiene program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation. Applicants must have an accumulative grade point average of 3.0 based on a 4.0 scale. Maximum award is $2,500.

Have graduated from an accredited dental hygiene program with an associate's degree or certificate. Be enrolled in a degree completion program for a bachelor's or graduate degree at an ADEA member institution. Show a commitment to pursuing an academic career in dental hygiene. Be an individual member of ADEA. Award is $2,500.
