Research
The philosophy of the ADHA Institute for Oral Health is that research
is essential to the future success of the oral health care of
the public. The Institute enhances its ability to improve upon
the type and quality of patient care dental hygienists provide.
ADHA Institute-sponsored research grants provide immense opportunities
to those with the vision and discipline to challenge their contemporary
practices and discover expanded and improved means of serving
the health needs of the public.
Scholarship
The scholarships provided by the ADHA Institute
enable students from dental hygiene programs across the country
to complete their education. By increasing the educational background
of the dental hygiene profession as well as helping quality students
enter the work force, the Institute helps to raise the academic
and practice standards of the dental hygiene community.
