New! Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests may only be submitted by writing (email/mail only) by May 18, 2018. A $75 will be administrative fee will be applied to the full conference registration fee. A $25 administrative fee will be applied to the Retired, Student, and Daily Passes. Refunds will not be eligible to Exhibit Hall Only, Guest badges, IOH 5K Race, IOH donations, or the President’s Reception. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be processed.

Refunds will not be provided for any cancellations received after May 18, 2018.

What’s different from last year?

  • This year, the All-inclusive price now is truly all inclusive!
  • Students will now have Poster application fee and registration fee combined in one! Also, join your fellow Dental Hygienists’ and see what they’re learning in the CE seminars
  • Don’t have the chance to attend the three-day conference? Don’t worry, you can attend one or two days, sit in CE sessions, earn CEs, network with fellow Dental Hygienist’s all in one day!
  • Don’t need CEs but want to attend the entire conference and not pay the full price? Active and inactive Retired members can receive a discounted price on the conference without earn CEs.
  • Delegates/Alternates (HOD Only) – this registration category is only for delegates and alternate delegates attending the House of Delegates/Business Meeting activities only. Not eligible for CE credit

What’s the same?

  • You will still need to sign up for the CE Seminars & Hands-On Workshops in advance. Seats are limited to a certain number. Once full, we will create a waitlist. Sign up is also required for the Welcome Reception, sponsored by Young Dental and the Friday Crest Breakfast due to limited seating.
  • Attendees will still need to purchase the registration for IOH 5K Fun Run and the ticket to the Award for Excellence in Dental Hygiene Award/President’s Dinner.
