PROGRAM INSTRUCTIONS

When you first enter the program, you will be sent to the Index page.

We suggest that you then read the Abstract before continuing to the Introduction.

	Click on the Index button to return to the Index page
	Click on the right arrow to continue through the program sequence.
	Click on the left arrow to return to the previous page in the program sequence.
	Click on the Exit button to exit the program from either the Index page, or at the end of the Post Test.

Credit

If you have specific questions about the CE requirements in your state, or if you're not sure if the course will be accepted, please consult your state dental board. See CE Requirements by State for more details.

When you have reached the last page of the module, you will be directed to proceed to the online test. Before taking the test you will be prompted to make an online payment. If you are interrupted prior to completing the test you may bookmark the page and return during the same computer session.

2. To Print and Fax Results and Payment
After you study the course please print and complete the answer sheet by placing a check next to the answer that you feel best fits the question. When you have finished complete the form, detach, and submit it along with the processing fee to the ADHA at the address below. Only one original answer sheet per individual will be accepted. Un-answered questions will be graded as incorrect.

In order to receive credit, you must correctly answer 14 out of the 20 questions.

Your Results
The time required to process and return your CE course can vary based on the volume of tests received. While course may be returned in as few as 2 weeks, in most cases courses will be returned within 4-6 weeks.
